Our experienced Right-of-Way professionals diligently research all public record databases, for accurate determination of property ownership. From there we build comprehensive reports reflecting the history of each subject tract. PPS Land designs each report, focusing on surface ownership, applicable easement crossings, current lienholders, and any encroachments which might affect right-of-way. We also prepare Limited Title Certificates from courthouse records, for vesting, as well as providing the chain of title, tax certificates and maps depicting the location of the subject lands. |
Construction Support |
PPS Land is closely involved with construction of our pipelines. During construction, we manage project information and design, working very closely with Engineers and contractors. During project closeout, our construction manager and Right of Way Agents play an instrumental role in managing as-built information and final reporting. |
